Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box, attaching the prepaid label clearly to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
